Here is one amazing large crystal of Ametrine. This crystal comes from Bolivia, the only country on the planet that ametrine is found.
Ametrine is the only true, bi - color quartz created by nature. This large, naturally etched crystals came out of an old collection. Crystals like this have not been found in many years and are not longer mined.
This beautiful bi-color ametrine crystal specimen measures approx. 10.39 cm tall (4 inches) x 6.01 cm wide (2.36 inches) x 3.45 cm thick (1.36 inches). It weighs 294.6 grams.
This single crystal, has been naturally etched by the elements of millions of year to give it a very dramatic look. Part of it's natural top termination is still present and unetched.
The bottom of the crystal was cut flat so that this large crystal could stand on it's own.
