These days, round 4+ mm size gems have become near impossible to find in the market,

This gem is eye clean. With a 10X loupe, a very slight inclusions may be seen, but not easily.
The color is that beautiful benitoite dark blue with violet.
May look dark in the box, but once light hits it, the gem comes alive!
Due to the pleochroic nature of Benitoite, the stone can appear slightly lighter, darker and sometimes colorless, depending on the light and viewing angle.
This beauty has great fire in the sunlight.
