Here is a wonderful polished cabochon of red beryl.
I am not sure why this was just not faceted into a gemstone, it should have been.
It has some slight rhyolite inclusions, but otherwise a very gemmy center portion.
It is polished almost flat on the backside, has a slight curve to it.
Really a beautiful piece for a collector or to be mounted in a setting.
