Here is a wonderful multi mineral specimen from this famous mine.
This mine is the only place in the world that these mineral can be found together.
This specimen has about a dozen benitoite crystals around the matrix with snowy white natrolite.
The crystals are transparent and have formed over some neptunite crystals.
They show good form and terminations, except for one on the very edge that is contacted.
It has dozens of high luster neptunite crystals, large and micros around the matrix.
Some are terminated and some are contacted. They show a good amount of red flash,
since they are not black, but the deepest form of red that appears black to the eye.
A very nice and interesting specimen.
