Here is an amazing natural Specimen of Quartz var. Citrine, from a new find.  This crystal comes from the Mansa District, Luapula Province, Zambia, South Africa.

Natural Citrine Quartz crystals of good quality are uncommon worldwide. This impressive elongated, water clear crystal has a wonderful golden - amber color, graded up to a interesting grayish - smoky color at the terminations. It's termination faces are lightly frosted. The crystal is complete all around and in great shape. There is a slight bit of micro chipping present mainly on it's top termination, the small sidecar crystal does have some slight damage to the back of it's top temination, and also noted is some contact with other crystals present. The crystal has some very interesting terminations. Overall great condition and looks much better in person. Although I am selling this as a specimen, I should note that the crystal is very clean and has a good amount of gem facet rough available for cutting.

The specimen measures approx. 5.78 cm long x 2.23 cm wide x 1.42 cm thick. It weighs 21 grams (105 carats).
