Here is a great small cabinet specimen of Dioptase.  It is from Tsumeb, Otavi Highlands, Namiba. 

The specimen measures approx. 4.90 cm tall x 3.0 cm wide x 2.37 cm thick. The specimen weighs approx. 39 grams.

This Dioptase specimen has crystals up to 5mm combined with drusy super gemmy deep emerald green crystals.   

The photos do not do justice to the color of these crystals. They are an intense emerald green in most lighting.

This specimen is mounted on a clear acrylic base.
