You don't easily find specimens this large from the Wise Mine. This came out of an old East Coast collection. 

This specimen has numerous etched octahedron. Most are light to a medium green color for the locale.

Some very dark, almost emerald green color on one edge, and some very interesting purple and blue colors on the matrix on the back.

Some small vugs in the matrix reveal micro quartz crystals along with cubes of purple fluorite.

This specimen also has very high fluorescence under UV light.

There are some cleaves present, however they do not take away from the shear size of this specimen.

Most of the fluorite octos are very clean internally, I would hope it stays a specimen, however in could be turned into 2 specimens and have a lot left over for some nice cut stones. 

Overall a very interesting and large specimen from this mine.
