Fluorite with Sphalerite, Annabel Lee Mine, Cave-in-Rock District, Hardin County, Ill.

Here is a really nice and very interesting, colorful specimen of Fluorite from Illinois.
The first generation growth is blue and second is purple.
The back of the specimen has crystals of sphalerite all over it as well as the presence of some Malachite, not often seen on specimens from Illinois.
A vug on the back does allow for some back lighting of this otherwise dark front facing specimen. There is some surface fluorescence under UV lighting.
The crystals along the edges all appear to be etched or healed.
There is some bruising to the edges of some of the crystals, and a few cleaves mainly at the edges.
The one on the face of the specimen shows a nice phantom Trapiche pattern.
