I acquired 6 specimens of this unusual chlorite included quartz for on 1960's collection. It only said Brazil on the labels, nothing else. 

I have seen Chlorite included quartz before from many countries, but have not seen the quartz so clean as this.

Water clear quartz allows you to see the phantoms / inclusions, very well.

Only one small contact on one crystal tip, no damage.
