Here is a nice pegmatite specimen from this famous mine.

Large quartz crystal has a single terminated tourmaline crystal extending out the front,

along with a book of lavender lepidolite.

The tourmaline has a very glassy, high luster top termination. 

It has beautiful pink coloring with a green cap the mine is known for and is very gemmy.

The tourmaline and quartz are contacted from other crystals that were present.

The specimen stands on it's own from a natural base.

The tourmaline crystals measures 2.0 cm x 1.6 cm.
