Beryl, var. Heliodor with Aqua Termination
7.2 cm x 1.48 cm x 1.25 cm, 24.3 grams
Here is a beautiful crystal of Heliodor from Brazil. It has a sharp and wonderful hexagonal shape to it.
The crystals looks more yellow in some lighting but does have a good amount of green mixed with the yellow color.
The top termination shows a pale blue aquamarine tip.
The etched faces have a look I call "Dragon scale" to a few of them, as seen in the photos. There is even an area of iridescence within the crystal in one spot.
No damage, only areas of contact with other crystals that are fully terminated or healed.
